What is WordPress? What is a plugin?

WordPress is a piece of software that runs on a website and helps you manage the design and content for that site. WordPress makes it easy for a non-technical user to change the design or add text, images, videos etc.   A ‘plugin’ or ‘add on’ is software that adds extra features and tools to your WordPress site.

Do I need WordPress to use WP-HR Manager?

Yes, WP-HR Manager runs on WordPress and can only be installed on a website where WordPress is already installed.

Can you build my HR portal for me?

Yes we are happy to undertake website development work including domain purchase, arranging site hosting, installing WordPress and essential plugins, adding WP-HR Manager, populating user profiles, updating plugins and ensuring you have regular back ups.  Contact us for a quotation.

How can I manage my plugin licence, get receipts, download my purchases etc?

Once you purchase WP-HR Manager or any of our related plugins, you will automatically be registered for a User account where you can log on and manage your subscriptions, download copies of your software, get receipts etc.  Click here to manage your account.

What support do you provide?

We will fix bugs with our plugins free of charge, but we do not provide free installation or set up support.  You can find a comprehensive set of support documents here. 

Support request can take up to 48 hours to receive a response.  Please note we do not work over weekend so tickets filed from Friday afternoon onwards may not be answered until the following week

We need a particular feature - will you add it?

We cannot add features requested by individual users to the core HR plugin as the feature may not be required by other users.  We can, however, build add ons and new plugins to work with the core plugins and add the features you require.  Contact us for a quote above.
