We offer lite support for bug fixes only on the WordPress Support Forum here. It’s also a good place to check out as someone may already have soleved the issue you face.
We aim to respond to support queries within 48 hours. However we do not work at weekends so you may wait longer if you post the request just before, or over, a weekend.
What is Covered by ‘Support’
Free support is for bug fixing. We cannot offer free support for setup and configuration issues. Please refer to the support documentation here.

Manage your own Account
If you need to download a plugin you have purchased, get a copy of your receipt, change licence details or cancel subscriptions etc. you should be able to manage your account here. (Note the logon details for your account are the details you used when you purchased you plugin. If you submit a support ticket below, this ticket will have it’s own seperate logon and is not linked to the user account management portal).
