Support Policy

We only offer ‘light’ support for the free plugin which essentially means we will fix bugs.

Feature requests are welcome – but we cannot guarantee to action them.

If you want a specific feature and don’t want to wait till it makes it into the roadmap, check out the ‘bump my feature’ scheme. We ask for a small donation (guys, we know it’s WordPress, but we all need to eat!) Find out more here We also undertake work to make bespoke changes for users, add new features or even develop entire new addons to delivery functionality you need – you can request this here

Reporting Bugs

If you have a bug or a fault to report…

  1. Please try to isolate the cause – turn off all other plugins and check if the fault remains.  If not, turn plugins back on one by one to and check again each time.  This was you can identify if the issue is a plugin conflict.
  2. If that does not work try switiching your theme to a standard WordPress theme and checking the fault again – this will help identify if their is a theme clash.
