Nexmo offer a account with a small number of free messages so you can test the system. Go to www.nexmo.com
Once you have created an account, you can find the settings you need (API Key and API Secret) on their Getting Started page. Your Sender ID can be a number of word (guidelines here).
The nexmo ‘Getting Started’ page will display the settings you need to add to WP-HR SMS.
